Technicians
Responsibilities:
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for Mechanical & Electrical services, including chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, generators and electrical control.
• Coordinate & supervise contractors/vendors in performing their duties in accordance with procedures
• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities
• Any other jobs as assigned by the Supervisor
Pre-requisites
• Nitec qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or its equivalent
• Able to perform shift work
• Team player and customer-centric
• Candidates with facilities management experience an added advantage
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
