The candidate will work with a team of Technical Executives and Technicians in providing the Managing Agent role to the client. Duties will include conducting building audits at the client’s premise, supervising contractors in maintenance, A&A, R&R and project works. The candidate will assist the Building Manager in the submission of various management and technical reports to both the client and the Divisional General Manager. The candidate will deputise the Building Manager in her absence.
Requirements :
• Diploma / Degree in M&E, Facilities Management or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in facilities management and handling contractors
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team worker
