Assistant Manager/Senior Officer (Operations Support) You will be leading a small team of executives to provide administrative and operations support to the Facilities Management Department. Your duties include annual budgeting, monitoring expenditure, projects, ISO, service & process reviews, etc. You will carry out the annual workplan, set KPIs and monitor the Balanced Score Card for the department. You are required to review service and all other charges for JTC’s properties, benchmark service standards and propose innovative solutions to value-add to service performance. You will oversee department’s IT projects, coordinate contract specifications and review requirements for maintenance service procurement. Job Requirements: A degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering or Construction Management. Have a flair for financial figures and mathematical aptitude. Possess good communication, report writing, IT and presentation skills.
