Restaurant Management Trainee
What You'll Be Doing...
Running a McDonald’s restaurant is commercial management in the fullest sense. Many of our restaurants have a million dollar-plus turnover and employ a team of 50 or more people. As a Management Trainee, you will assist your Restaurant Manager to set targets, plan budgets, control stock, recruit, train and inspire your team, create and drive marketing campaigns and reach out to the local community and people in the neighborhood. Put simply, your ideas, initiative and personality will shape your restaurant.
