Organising Officer
We are seeking an individual with a desire to help us increase membership of the Union. You will organise membership within workplaces to recruit and retain union members, to strengthen representation at company and industry level. You will strategize and be involved in membership recruitment activities. Your duties include identifying employees / companies for unionization, developing creative recruitment campaigns, setting up recruitment teams / networks and motivating representatives.
Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and planning skills
• Independent, able to think on-the-feet and
possesses leadership skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Possesses Class 3 licence
