Industrial Relations Officer
You promote and build good industrial relations with working people and management so as to achieve a harmonious industrial relations climate. By working closely with union leaders, members and management partners, you help to handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements. In addition, you will be advocating practices to build employees' capabilities and enhance productivity for the benefit of workers and companies. We are looking for passionate individuals who are keen to make a difference by creating better lives and welfare for employees. You will also be presented with opportunities to be involved in organization-level initiatives.
Requirements
• Diploma holder, with 3 – 5 years working experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able
to communicate at all levels
