Executive, Visual Merchandising
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a visual merchandising team. You will be responsible for all in-store merchandising efforts across all FairPrice Xtra hypermarket stores, to optimize in-store shopping experience. You will ensure that all advertised promotional themes and concepts are seamlessly integrated at the stores, in accordance to the Co-operative's marketing strategies and branding guidelines.
You are required to work closely with the HQ Retail Marketing and Branding teams as well as suppliers. As part of the job, you will be required to travel to other FairPrice Xtra hypermarket stores whenever necessary.
Requirement
Degree holder with minimum 2 years' experience in related discipline or, Diploma holder with minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design discipline
Proficient in MS Office software, and have understanding of design software capabilities
Fluent in English and Chinese
Possess strong leadership skill, dynamic and able to work under pressure
Have good interpersonal skill, ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A creative outlook and proven track record in retail
