Business Financial Manager (SME)
As a Business Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new business by promoting Standard Chartered Bank’s SME products such as Business Instalment Loans, Business Overdrafts, Government Loans, SME Mortgages, Deposit products and Payroll accounts. In order to grow a profitable customer base, you will also be responsible for generating new business leads, meeting potential clients, analyzing their needs and proposing suitable financial solutions.
Sales Manager (Mortgage)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive prospecting and acquisition of new to bank customers by promoting Standard Chartered Bank’s Residential Mortgages and related products. In order to grow a profitable customer base, you will be responsible for building mortgage alliances, meeting potential clients, analyzing their needs and proposing suitable mortgage solutions according to their needs.
Telesales Consultant
As a Telesales Consultant, you will conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and propose solutions for their financial needs. You are also responsible for promoting Standard Chartered Bank’s Consumer Banking products and deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers.
System Administrator /Java Programmer
As a System Administrator / Java Programmer, you will assist the Operations Manager of Price Solutions in achieving its business operational goals. You will solve business challenges through implementing relevant and innovative technical solutions. You will also be required to proactively identify, assess and mitigate risk issues related to system, database and application design.
Sales Support Assistant
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will assist the Operations Manager in achieving business goals by providing efficient sales and administrative support to the Sales Team handling Consumer Banking or SME Banking Products.
Sales Manager, Mortgage
• As a Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the pro-active prospecting and acquisition of new to bank customers, through the direct sales of Standard Chartered’s Residential Mortgage Products.
• In order to grow a profitable customer base, your responsibilities include alliance building, meeting potential clients, conducting an analysis of clients’ needs and proposing suitable mortgage solutions.
• Work closely with the Mortgage Team Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve (or exceed) committed targets in Mortgage products.
• Network and co-ordinate sales activities with external (property agents, developers, lawyers, intermediaries, independent financial advisors, professional bodies and other potential referral parties) and internal business partners to ensure sales opportunities are maximised for the business.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups, to better enhance Price Solution’s product differentiation in relation to external competition.
Requirements:
• Relevant sales/acquisition experience with a proven sales track record would be an advantage
• Results-driven and self-motivated individual
• Team player with initiative and assertiveness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for sales and ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations
