SAESL began operations in October 2001. Within a few years, we have grown our capability to support the full series of Trent Family engines globally. We are an integral part of the Rolls-Royce's aftermarket services. We are the Trent Centre of Excellence providing maintenance, repair and overhaul support for Rolls-Royce Trent Engine operators around the world
Our Facility
State-of-the-Art Gantry System
We are located along Calshot Road, adjacent to Changi International Airport. Our modern engine shop has a positive filtered air-fed, temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled environment.
Constructed on an area of 18,500 square meters, SAESL's facility is designed to turn-around 200 Trent engines annually. The building houses state-of-the-art aero-engine MRO systems in the world. The in-line gantry system for engine strip and assembly line is the region's first. Our fully automated engine parts cleaning line is the world's first. We are also capable of repairing compressor blade tips through our semi-automated compressor blade cell.
