Requirements:
- Diploma from a local polytechnic, preferably with 1 – 2 years experience in customer service
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- A positive and customer-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers at the service centre
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of enquiries and feedbacks
- Make payment arrangements (including cashiering) with customers on settlement of their utility bills
- Meet productivity and quality standards
