Customer Care Officer (Counter Operations)

Requirements:
  • Diploma from a local polytechnic, preferably with 1 – 2 years experience in customer service
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • A positive and customer-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customers at the service centre
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of enquiries and feedbacks
  • Make payment arrangements (including cashiering) with customers on settlement of their utility bills
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
