At UOB Call Centre, we are looking for people with the “service DNA” in them to join us! As a customer service professional, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the necessary skills and develop a good understanding of banking products and services. With the acquired knowledge, you will assist and resolve our customers’ enquiries in an efficient and delightful manner. You'll interact with customers to provide them with information in response to their inquiries. You'll also research and resolve customers’ service-related problems. Every interaction is an opportunity for you to use your problem solving and relationship building skills to help customers with their questions.
