Outdoor Camp Facilitators / Associate Trainers (Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist master trainer / camp in charge in all aspects of training·
- Conduct interactive activities with a group of at least 20 (outdoor) or 40 (indoor) youths (7-18 years)·
- Facilitate fun and learning within the group·
- Build relationships with the youth during training·
- Assist in maintaining discipline at all times ·
- Observe the behavioural traits of students and feedback to master trainer ·
- To coach and advise youths on life skills and character development issues in general·
- Assist in logistical and technical setup·
- Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned
- Passion and drive in working with youths·
- Proactive, pleasant and friendly personality·
- Has an eye for details· Well-groomed·
- Good interpersonal and communications skills in English ·
- Relevant experience (e.g. CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services, facilitation/training exposures etc.)·
- Singaporeans or PRs
