Chee Chiun: As an Operations Support Executive at Luckin Coffee, my role focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). I prioritise maintaining strong customer relationships and gathering valuable insights. I actively seek and value customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in our products and services. Additionally, I am committed to delivering proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service, ensuring that all customer needs are met with comprehensive and timely responses.
I support Operations Managers and Store Managers by handling customer inquiries and complaints, and I play a key role in implementing operational policies and procedures. A typical workday involves troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
Min En: As a Store Manager at Luckin Coffee, my role is dynamic, balancing operational management, staff supervision, customer service, and strategic planning to ensure the store operates efficiently.
